Inner Fresh Pro Mint Flavored Liquid Chlorophyll                      1 TABLESPOON

ALOE-ACE Pharmaceutical Grade Concentrated Aloe Juice        ½ TEASPOON

TWINLAB DMAE-H3                                                              1 DROPPER

FILTERED OR BOTTLED WATER                                           1 QUART

Mix your GREEN DRINK in a "DRINK BOTTLE" that you will enjoy carrying around with you.

It is important that you consume this drink all day long. Green Drink can be your "water" for the day.

Suggested consumption of water is one half ounce per pound of body weight, with normal activity; more with exercise and warmer weather.
